The Fat Burn Secret: Interval Training

While fashion has trends, fitness also has. Today, the most famous workout for women, asides
from yoga, is interval training.
Interval training is a mixture of cardiovascular exercises with weight training. It is a type of
workout that introduces alternation between high intensity and low intensity exercises. The concept
comes from "playing" with your heart rate. At one point your heart rate would rise, that is thought the
cardio exercises and at another, catching your breathe-concentrating on your muscles through weight
training. This exercise would be allowing your metabolism to experience its maximum capacity by
challenging your body’s strength and adaptability. Interval Training is said to be the most effective
workout for women, especially for those who want to lose weight efficiently because it creates lean
muscles that help burn fat and help improve the body’s capacity and strength for more intense
workouts.
An example of Interval Training would be a minute of jumping jacks followed by a static
exercise: lunges together with a weight related exercise: bicep curls. Your body then not only releases
toxins from the cardio workout but also builds the muscles essential for fat burn even at rest.
Being active does not only give us physical beauty but also satisfaction within. As women, we need to
have an active lifestyle not only because of our loved ones but also for ourselves.
